Powdered Milk for Simpler Day-to-Day Operation

The G100 ES+2IN uses Gaggia Professional’s powdered milk technology rather than refrigerated fresh milk. This removes the need for a separate milk fridge and makes the machine particularly practical for self-service sites where simplicity, consistency and easier day-to-day management are priorities.

Its configuration includes one coffee-bean hopper and two soluble-product canisters, allowing the machine to combine freshly ground coffee with powdered milk and another soluble ingredient such as drinking chocolate.
