STAFCO TERMS OF SERVICE - 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your relationship with StafCo Ltd (referred to as "we", "us" or "our" throughout this document). They do not affect your statutory rights.

TERMS OF ORDER
No contract exists between you and StafCo Ltd until you receive an email confirming dispatch of your item(s). This email represents our formal acceptance of your order. StafCo Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch without obligation, provided no funds have been taken, or a full refund is issued.

Products purchased on this site are for private consumer use only and not for resale or wholesale without prior agreement. We reserve the right to reject any order that appears to breach these terms.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us in writing and return the goods at your own cost. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

PAYMENT
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards via WorldPay: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro
- PayPal: Visa, Electron, Mastercard, PayPal Top-Up Card, American Express

DELIVERY & DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12pm (Monday-Friday) on the same working day. This is not guaranteed. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Please see our updated Shipping Policy for full details.
