DELIVERY POLICY OVERVIEW

UK Deliveries Only
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, including orders under 3kg to Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we can’t accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time. Thanks for your interest—hopefully, we’ll expand our delivery options soon!

Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. During peak times like Christmas or special promotions, this might take a bit longer, but we’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges
 - Standard delivery to mainland UK: £6.95 per order
 - FREE delivery on orders over £85 (before delivery charges)

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return a product—whether it’s due to cancelling your order, disagreeing with changes in our terms, or because the product is defective—we’re here to help. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Process

  • We’ll generally refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and always within 30 days of receiving your cancellation or confirming your entitlement to a refund for a defective product.

Quality Issues

If a product is returned due to being unsatisfactory, we’ll refund you in full.
