The RD58-OD-PRO is the smallest grinder in StafCo's current Remidag commercial range, but it is still a proper professional espresso grinder.

As a rough guide, we recommend it for sites serving up to around 150 cups per day. That makes it particularly well suited to smaller cafés, restaurants, pubs, bars and hospitality businesses where espresso quality matters but the grinder does not need to handle the sustained workload of a large high-volume coffee shop.

The recommended output is a guide rather than a fixed maximum. Your busiest service period matters just as much as your total daily drinks volume, so speak to StafCo if you are close to the upper end and unsure whether the RD58 or a larger Remidag model is the better choice.

Fresh On-Demand Grinding

Rather than holding a quantity of pre-ground coffee in a dosing chamber, the RD58-OD-PRO grinds each dose when it is needed. That helps keep the coffee fresh and makes it easier to adjust the grind as conditions change throughout the working day.

Stepless micrometric adjustment gives the barista fine control over grind size rather than restricting adjustment to predetermined steps. That is particularly useful when dialling in espresso and responding to changes in the coffee, temperature, humidity or extraction time.
