The GIGA W10 offers an unusually broad choice of 35 speciality drinks, including espresso, coffee, americano, lungo, cortado, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and caffè latte.

Many of these can also be prepared as genuine Cold Brew specialities, giving businesses considerably more choice than a conventional commercial bean-to-cup machine.

Selected drinks can also be prepared two at a time, while Extra Shot options are available for drinks including cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato.

Genuine Cold Brew with the Cold Extraction Process

The GIGA W10 uses JURA’s Cold Extraction Process to prepare genuine Cold Brew using cold water pulsed through freshly ground coffee at high pressure.

Rather than brewing coffee hot and then cooling it afterwards, extraction takes place cold from the start, producing a different flavour profile with more of the coffee’s fruity characteristics retained.

The optional JURA Cold Brew Nitro Kit can also be used where Nitro Coffee is required.

Twin Ceramic Grinders & Two Bean Hoppers

The GIGA W10 incorporates two electronically adjustable high-performance ceramic disc grinders, each connected to its own 650g bean hopper.

This gives you a combined 1.3kg bean capacity and, more importantly, the ability to offer two different coffees from a single machine.

You might use a traditional espresso roast for classic hot drinks and a lighter or fruitier coffee for Cold Brew, for example.

JURA’s Automatic Grinder Adjustment (A.G.A.) electronically monitors and readjusts grinding performance to help maintain consistency over time.

Automatic Fresh Milk Coffee

The GIGA W10 uses JURA’s HP3 / CX3 fresh milk system to automatically prepare cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, caffè latte and other milk-based speciality coffees.

The machine automatically switches between milk and milk foam according to the selected recipe, while milk quantity and temperature can be individually programmed.

Please note: this machine-only product does not include a refrigerated milk fridge. A compatible JURA Cool Control is available separately or as part of the complete GIGA W10 package deal.
