Genuine Cold Brew at the Touch of a Button

JURA’s Cold Extraction Process prepares genuine Cold Brew by extracting freshly ground coffee with cold water pulsed through the coffee under high pressure.

Unlike drinks made by brewing coffee hot and cooling it afterwards, extraction takes place cold from the start, creating a different flavour profile while expanding the range of drinks the machine can offer.

An optional JURA Cold Brew Nitro Kit is also available where Nitro Coffee is required.

Twin Ceramic Grinders & Two Bean Hoppers

The GIGA W10 incorporates two electronically adjustable high-performance ceramic disc grinders, each connected to its own 650g bean hopper.

This provides a combined 1.3kg bean capacity while allowing two different coffees to be offered from one machine.

For example, one hopper could hold a traditional espresso roast while the second contains a lighter coffee selected specifically for Cold Brew.
